JOINTS

The type of joint describes the manner in which curbing pieces fit together. In addition to standard joints, Williams Stone Company offers three additional types. They are available on the four styles of curbing as follows:

There are as many as four joint options that may be specified, depending on the curb style to which they are applied:

• Standard: a straight 90-degree cut, with each bottom corner knocked off to aid installation and provide a point to mortar one curb to another.
  
  
• Full: a straight cut with 90-degree angles at top and bottom.
  
  
• Mitered: an angled cut, top to bottom of curb reveal, allowing the end of one curb piece to butt into the face of another curb.
